These have to be the best investment. After suffering with weaker than average elbows, I needed some support for lifting.
I was recommended to try @_thestoicempire and their extended range of products. Their elbow supports have been a god send, not just managing my usual weight, these held my elbows so good I managed to set a PB of 85kg.

Amazing quality, it’s not heavy but it has a weight and feel of quality to it and being cotton is breathable unlike some of the cheaply made ones I have experienced in the past.
